How I work

  1. Understand the real problem

Before jumping into ideas, I try to understand what's needed, who it's for and what could be done better.

  2. Connect the ideas

I bring together communications, design, technology and collaboration to find a clearer and more useful way forward.

  3. Make it happen

I bring the right people and ideas together, turning concepts into something practical, creative and useful.

  4. Keep improving

I listen to feedback, see what works and find ways to make things better, even after a project has been delivered.

About

I began in a newsroom, learning to find the story and ask the questions that matter. Today, I lead communications, shape creative work and develop digital experiences that make important information easier to understand. Different disciplines. One instinct: make ideas matter.
